Winter has well and truly arrived, with cold mornings and winter illnesses upon us.

The Lions rugby tour is rapidly coming to a close, with one test done and dusted and two more to come, before they head home. Can the All Blacks make it a clean sweep and send the Lions back to the Northern hemisphere with their tails between their legs?

Our yachties have done us proud and won the "Auld Mug" back with a 7 - 1 drubbing of Team USA.

Our ladies have won the HSBC Women's Sevens World Series title for 2017, beating Australia 22 - 7 in the final at the Clermont Sevens.
